TL;DR: Our Telegram can be a valuable tool for the Original Ones, but there are missing puzzle pieces. For starters: a more structural framework and specific guiding principles. And maybe we can add more conversation topics in the spirit of empowerment.
Love the "stock-taking" component, I think that's a great idea. We all have the capacity for these amazing lofty visions, it's going to require real boots-on-the-ground skills and practical abilities to pull it off in reality, so it would be great to start putting our heads and hearts together and see what we've got between us.

I see us -you- starting the Ashram already with telegram etc platforms as the start of the gathering place that you spoke of. I think using the voice recordings on Telegram is a great starting point. Although intimidating to speak off the cuff without having the reread function as in a text to change wording and delete repitition of thoughts. But practice makes perfect!
